I have a passion for helping people cope with big life changes and symptoms of anxiety and OCD. It is an act of self-love to prioritize your mental health and emotional wellbeing, and I would love to help you take that first-step. I focus on providing a warm, trusting, and healing environment, by providing people with the tools they need in order to be the most healthy version of themselves. I utilize treatment strategies such as Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, and DBT. I also enjoy incorporating faith into counseling, if a client requests to do so.
I believe therapy can be helpful for everyone! I work to meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to each individual situation.
