I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and the owner of Wellspring Healing and Therapy. At our practice, we believe that humans flourish when given compassion and grace. We trust in your inherent goodness, even if sometimes you don't feel it. We provide individual, couple, and family therapy for people experiencing depression, suicidality, problematic/out-of-control sexual behavior, betrayal, trauma and PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, anxiety, OCD, faith transitions, LGBTQIA+ affirmative work, performance anxiety, and ADHD.
We emphasize compassion and experiential healing, both internally and with the people you care about. Our team uses Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help you find balance internally and in your relationships.
Our purpose is to help you find your internal wellspring of health and emotional wellness. We love helping people connect with themselves and others. Every person has unique needs in therapy, and we create a space where you can develop goals and tools that fit you and your situation. If our approach sounds like it could be a fit for you, we'd love to chat.
