I am passionate about helping others pursue growth and healing that can lead to wholeness - mentally, emotionally and in relationships. I believe every individual is unique and can benefit from a customized approach (Eclectic Therapy). Modalities I tend to incorporate include Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Collaborative Therapies, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR. I also work with Spanish-speaking clients and have experience using a faith-integrated approach, if desired.
