I seek to help children, teens, and adults in need of positive support or whom may be struggling with behavior support questions, attention deficit, depression, anxiety, goal development, and family relational problems. I support personal goal coaching and provide a safe environment for exploration in a number of many other areas. I seek to bring elements of joy, comfort, and safety to the personal process of healing.
We each hold our own truths and paths to healing. Through interpersonal practices and relationship building we can unfold clearer understandings of thoughts and actions taken. Preferred methods of talk therapy, art exploration, energy work, goal management, play therapy, bibliotherapy, and various homework practices are key to the process.
I have experience in family relations, foster care, special populations, business ownership, divorce, teaching roles prek-8, women's issues, life skills, addictions, co-occurring disorders, and housing needs. With the capacity of acceptance and use of strength based approaches, together answers can be discovered and positive moves forward can happen.
