I consider it a privilege to walk alongside women as they navigate life's challenges, heal from painful experiences, and build a future that feels safe, meaningful, and vibrant. My approach looks at the whole person, recognizing that lasting healing happens when we address all aspects of who we are. Together, we explore four essential dimensions of wellness: • Body – physical health and well-being • Mind – thoughts, emotions, and mental health • Heart – relationships, connection, and belonging • Soul – purpose, values, faith, and spiritual well-being
By identifying areas of strength and areas needing support, we can create a path toward greater balance, resilience, and hope. My practice is dedicated to serving women ages 35 through 90+, and I welcome the opportunity to be part of your healing journey. I accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans.
