I provide a calm, safe, trauma-informed Telehealth counseling space where you set the pace for healing. Confidentiality is honored with the highest respect. My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, using modalities such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Oklahoma, and an LPC-Supervisor in Texas providing Telehealth supervision for practicum students and LPC-Assocs. Faith-integrated support, including scripture insight and prayer, is available by client request, never imposed. My goal is your long-term well-being, hope, and resilience.

I specialize in trauma recovery, coaching/mentoring, and identity restoration for young adults & Domestic Violence Survivors. I offer CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care - and we will go at your pace. Faith-integrated support, including scripture insight and prayer, is available by request, paired with practical tools for resilience.
