At Heartland Therapies, I provide a relaxing, safe, and comfortable environment for you to process the challenges you face. I will respect your need for confidentiality while offering you a compassionate, honest, and understanding session. Together, we will set goals; but throughout you will set the pace for processing and the level of adaptation, integration, and growth will be up to you. As your LPC, I understand that each person & their needs are unique, and thereby an integrative humble approach is utilized throughout therapy.
My initial approach will be to ask questions so that I can understand your primary needs. Once a trusting connection is established our authentic therapeutic relationship will begin. Although we are meeting remotely, you can trust you have found a safe place to share your experiences and emotions. My overarching goal will be for you to live your best life!
With over a decade of experience, I bring a wealth of insight to our remote counseling sessions. Licensed in Texas and Oklahoma, I can utilize several different modalities to meet your needs. As a Tx LPC Supervisor, I am providing supervision, for Practicum Students and Texas LPC-A's. NOTE: All Supervision is provided via Telehealth.
