I specialize in helping clients heal from psychological pain. Many people are struggling through the isolation, job loss and major life changes. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Tele-Mental Health Counseling (TMHC) to assist in providing the best counseling experience available through on-line services.
My passion is to BE the person for others that I once needed when going through difficult times. I have tremendous compassion for those who suffer. I use a relational style of therapy to understand your issues from your perspective. I can provide guided trauma work (EMDR) and Tele-Mental Health services as appropriate.

If you have experienced physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, please join us as we make positive steps toward healing in a community of women. All discussion will be in an atmosphere of safety and respect. Topics to be covered are: What it Means to be a Woman, Resources to Feel Better, Self-Esteem, Healthy Boundaries, Intimacy, Trust and Removing Guilt & Shame. The group also covers female sexuality and understanding trauma and abuse in relationships. Further topics: Decision Making, Trusting your Judgment and Healthy Communication Skills.
