Announcement icon Due to the issues of COVID-19, all counseling sessions will be done through tele-therapy utilizing the HIPAA complaint provider Zoom.
Is COVID-19 causing stress, anxiety, hardship or depression? Let's get through this together! I specialize in helping clients heal from psychological pain. Many people are struggling through the isolation, job loss and major life changes. COVID has turn the world upside down. I invite you to join me in a partnership to discover hope during these difficult times and to anticipate a better tomorrow. I am certified in tele-mental health counseling to assist in providing the best counseling experience available through on-line services.
My passion is to BE the person for others that I once needed when going through difficult times. I have tremendous compassion for those who suffer. I use a relational style of therapy to understand your issues from your perspective. I can provide guided trauma work (EMDR) and Tele-Mental Health services as appropriate.
I believe that we are more alike than we are different -- especially in our emotional pain. My desire is to help my clients find meaning, discover answers as to why they are who they are today, decipher who they would like to be and align the future with their personal values.
