I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with adults ages 18 and over with mental health and addiction issues. I am experienced in working with many challenges including Trauma, Substance Use, Anxiety, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder to name a few.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level I and am EMDR-trained. I use such methods as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness and more. Counseling should be a collaborative effort, and I believe in an individualized approach to counseling, tailoring my methods to best meet the needs of the client with whom I am working.
