My approach is person-centered, attachment-focused, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe relationships. I use motivational interviewing to make our work together precise and effective, while drawing from EMDR, EFT, NARM, Psychodrama, and 12-step recovery principles. My experience includes trauma, addiction, military, pilots, couples.
