Sometimes life seems to pour stress and anxiety onto us from a bucket. My specialty is helping you get back in the drivers seat. Creating the life you want by aligning values with time. Helping you show up in the world in a way you can feel proud of. Having a full balanced life is an option.
When we feel overwhelmed and are living lives full of chaos it is difficult to see that change is possible. Freeing up mental and physical space for new ideas and creating a life you want is something I would love to help you with.
We will work in any way that allows you to move through your process effectively. Along with sometimes using meditation in therapy sessions I teach meditation classes that are user friendly and often full of humor. Sessions are often serious and hilarious. Dark humor can be interesting.
