My focus is on trauma, addiction, and relationships. Do you want to get control of your life, emotions or lack of emotions, stop problem behaviors, improve self-esteem, improve relationships, cope, and stop harmful thoughts? I have extensive experience in clinical and nonclinical settings with issues, such as abuse, relationships, addictions, depression, anxiety, dissociation, PTSD, alcohol abuse, and bipolar disorders. Also, past client concerns included: personality disorders, eating issues, grief, anger, divorce, parenting, codependency, GLBTQ, multicultural, spiritual, DID, and men/women issues. Call for a free consultation.
I understand the feelings, thinking, and behaviors associated with trauma, addiction, and painful relationships. You may feel confused, sad, and worthless. You are not alone. Most people learn to manage emotions, use healthy coping, change behaviors, challenge thoughts, and get unstuck to feel better. Learn to love yourself. Call today.
My training includes: Trauma Model Therapy, Safe Zone Ally, EMDR, addiction treatment, telemental health, and parenting/family/couple relationship issues. We will work towards your therapeutic goals. Together, we can plant seeds to learn, change, and grow. Call me for individual, couple, family, and group therapies. Photo: Jessica Siciliano Designs.
