My fields of expertise include co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use), trauma, and intimate partner violence. I've been working with with Veterans or Service Members full time for almost a decade, with a private practice focusing on a broader audience on a part time basis as well. My practice is rooted in evidence based practices, and I can offer standardized therapy (ex: CBT, CPT, PE), or, if you prefer, take an eclectic approach to your care.
My approach to therapy is person-centered. I believe you are the expert in your own life and I provide a supportive space where you can explore challenges, build self awareness and move towards meaningful change at your own pace.
