**At this time I am not taking new clients.** Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I provide treatment for adults who are experiencing overwhelming emotions, a sense of feeling lost or stuck, or simply trying to learn more about their true self. I am interested in hearing your story. Together we can explore and discover your emotions at a deeper level, which will ultimately allow you to form more meaningful, loving relationships. Working collaboratively, in a non-judging atmosphere, we will build awareness of patterns that may be blocking you from reaching your full potential.
Helping individuals build skills to better manage stress, anxiety, relationships and addiction/addictive tendencies has been a focus of my work. I have been told that I have an easygoing approach that feels safe. My advanced training includes Gestalt, DBT, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Addiction/Recovery, and Dual Diagnosis.
I am committed to the field of counseling and consider it an honor to be a part of every client's journey. My office is a safe-place where individuals can feel at home and be honest about their struggles without guilt or shame. I hope to hear from you.
