Welcome. I offer conscious, inclusive, and evidence-based counseling for adults and couples. My therapeutic approach is grounded in EMDR, Somatic (body centered), Transpersonal, and Internal Parts therapies. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and provide trauma informed care.
Counseling offers a safe space to navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and grow into greater wholeness. Whether you’re facing relationship issues, trauma, grief, major transitions, or periods of overwhelm, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll cultivate self-awareness, foster an integrated self, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
I have experience working with grief, anxiety, relationship issues, attachment theory, and unresolved wounds from childhood such as neglect, abuse, or dysfunction. I offer an integrated approach that includes the body, mind and spirit. Together we’ll gently explore the losses, traumas, and tender places within you that are ready to be seen, held, and healed.
My approach is supportive, compassionate and wholistic. You bring all of you; joys and sorrows, strengths and challenges, just as you are. I bring all of me, deep listening, grounded intuition, psychological theory and tools. I respect the bravery it takes to seek counseling and your willingness for change.
