Life can be challenging in so many ways, and it’s not always easy to find the path forward. As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping others navigate those difficult moments with empathy and understanding. With eight years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, supporting them through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, and relational challenges. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I am a certified clinical trauma professional. I work hard to stay up to date on the latest treatment methods that will offer clients more choices on their path to healing. In addition to my professional experience, I bring a personal understanding of many of the struggles my clients face as a mother of four and grandmother of three.
In today's crazy world, we all need support to navigate difficult emotions, transitons, or past experiences.
