As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I've maintained a private practice for over 25 years. I specialize in unhealed attachment wounds, mood disorders, & anxiety. Authenticity was not encouraged in my family so I had to do my own self-healing before I could become the therapist I aspired to be. Healing is an inside-out job. It happens not by becoming someone else, but by returning to the parts of us that are buried, silenced or forced into hiding. I am certified in Internal Family Systems and a certified Life Coach & trained in EMDR. I am trained in Neurofeedback even though I don't actively use this in my practice at this time.
