Perhaps you’ve even tried all the “right” things to heal and discover yourself, like self-help books, mindfulness, meditation, yoga – years of personal growth work – and they haven’t been enough.

My approach integrates body, mind and spirit, informed by 30 years of teaching yoga, meditation, a love of nature, “parts work”, and universal spiritual principles. I assist you in discovering your own inner guidance. Much of my approach comes together in my book, "Awakening from Anxiety". I also offer Ecotherapy (outdoors) - a powerful path to healing.

The Redwood Circle is an online, spiritual support group to nurture conscious people through challenging times. Spiritual people are more sensitive and attuned to what’s happening in the world – and we know a whole lot is going on. We need a sanctuary for spiritual inspiration, finding the light in the darkness. A place where we can also share compassion for each other’s challenges, lifting each other up. Each 1.5 hour session includes Meditation and/or Ecotherapy, Spiritual inspiration, and heartfelt sharing and connection. Sliding scale options.
