I am attachment focused and I am trained in emotionally focused therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals. I incorporate mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy. If spirituality is important to you in the therapy process, I follow your lead. My experiences as a project manager, working parent, and empty-nester often help me relate to clients.
