I use a mixture of evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behaviors Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Moral Reconation Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
I have an expertise in working with adults who are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders significant trauma. I offer support, education and therapy to individuals dealing with eating disorders as well as pre and post bariatric surgery counseling. overcome obstacles and to work towards the changes they want to see.
