I have extensive experience working with clients from 13+ and use EMDR, IFS "Parts work", CBT and DBT (informed) to help people feel better very quickly. I love working with women, veterans and adults/older teens experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic, bipolar disorder, grief, addictions, thought disorders and religious or narcissistic abuse.
