Personal issues with individuals and couples who have reached success in many areas of their life but have persistent issues that don't resolve on their own. I focus on rebuilding trust, managing anxiety, improving communication, lowering tension and joint decision-making. I transform stagnant and frustrating relationships into the relationship of your dreams by improving communication, addressing anxiety, rebuilding trust, sexual satisfaction & identifying relationship goals. I work with on a private-pay basis and all communications remain confidential.

My approach is warm, conversational and goal-directed. I use the Gottman Method for couple therapy along with cognitive approaches to help clients identify the obstacles that stand in the way of living their best lives. My solo, private practice complete affords complete confidentiality, experienced therapists, scheduling ease and superior results.
