I primarily work with adults who feel deeply, tend to overthink, and are navigating transitions in identity, grief and loss, relationships, or career. Many come in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, burnout, or internal pressure. I may also support teens alongside parent coaching. Drawing on my background as a middle and high school social worker and my global travel-informed lens from growing up in Norway and global volunteering. My approach is LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity-affirming, helping clients slow down, gain clarity, and build coping skills and self-compassion to move forward with greater alignment.
I specialize in grief, identity exploration, sex and sexuality, anxiety, and depression. My work takes a positive, trauma-centered approach grounded in Adlerian psychology and integrates cognitive, somatic, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices.
