I have 25+ years of experience in the mental health, working with clients of all ages & backgrounds. I've been an advocate for those with mental illness, trauma background, & economic hardship. I love working one-on-one to discover how unconscious processes are influencing current behavior/mood & using practical tools, such as EMDR, to provide relief.
