At Connections First we have faith in the power of connection: with your inner life and to the outer world through meaningful relationships. Much of our symptoms are the effects of emotional, psychological, and physical isolation and self-alienation which can even happen when we are surrounded by other people.
Engaging in psychotherapy is a life-altering experience. Sometimes difficult, sometimes fun, requiring a commitment to self acceptance of the many aspects of ourselves, psychotherapy energizes and helps us to discover and better live as ourselves.
