Does your life seem off-balance or unfulfilling? Do you seek peace and serenity amidst calamity? Maybe you have thought about therapy but can't seem to find the time. I would like to help you find solutions to the problems you are facing. Therapy begins with an open mind and a willingness to unpack their emotional baggage and begin to heal. The key to finding emotional peace is a change in perspective and a willingness to embrace change. Let's start this journey together. I conduct all sessions virtually, allowing you to pick the time and place that works best for you!
Through a variety of evidence-based supportive counseling modalities my clients begin their personal healing journey. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy (Talk Therapy), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Behavioral Modification. But most importantly, I offer an empathetic ear.
I offer a non-judgemental, shame-free, and compassionate space. I am here to help you, not matter the pain or anxiety you are experiencing. I, too, walk a recovery path. Please pick up the phone and begin your journey towards a more fulfilling life. I look forward to hearing from you. - Susan
