As a couple and family therapist my approach views family, intimate partner and peer relationships as the foundation of our well-being. Our relationships shape how we view ourselves and influence future relationships. Depression, anxiety and general distress often occur as a result of strained relationships in our lives. I work with individuals, couples and families to identify the important stories which shape our understanding of ourselves and our relationships. Progress is achieved through gaining insights into our vulnerabilities and overcoming our defenses to create a positive environment for relationship intimacy to develop.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples and families. I have experience working with individuals aged 18 and older exhibiting diverse mental health issues and life challenges such as depression, anxiety, relational issues, occupational stressors, domestic violence and addictive behaviors.
