In this fun, movement-rich group, children ages 8-12 build confidence and connection through guided play. Each week, they practice social skills like communication, sharing, and problem-solving while discovering their strengths. With a focus on nurturing self-worth and healthy peer relationships, kids learn tools for friendship and emotional growth in a safe, supportive space.

Making Sense of Your Worth
Running 8 weeks, participants gain improved emotional regulation, stronger relationships, increased resilience to stress, better conflict resolution, reduced shame, and a great capacity for intimacy. Each session includes education, reflection and hands on activities, with opportunities for sharing and discussing if participants choose to. This group is offered to children as young as 8 as well as teens and adults. 100% of teens have reported they will be adjusting boundaries in relationships after participation.
