When you walk into my doors, I want you to feel comfortable and at ease. Therapy is not easy but I am willing and able to help you cross challenging situations in a connected way. I meet client's where they are at in their journey. We work together as a team, as the saying goes, "there is no 'i' and no 'u' in teamwork'. I enjoy working with people of all ages and our work together will help you improve your ability to manage life stresses and challenges.
I am an eclectic type therapist who does not draw from only one modality. I have training in several different areas including but not limited trauma, anxiety, behavioral issues and ADHD. I will work with any problems you are experiencing.
