You may be feeling anxious, depressed, or insecure in your relationships. You might be familiar with the thoughts “I am not good enough, I am not worth it, I am unimportant, and I am basically flawed.” I have worked with numerous women who have felt this way, and I would be honored for you to trust me with your therapeutic journey, too.

The feedback I have received from my clients has been that I have provided them a safe, non-judgmental, and genuine therapeutic connection that has made it possible for them to experience vulnerability, so that they can begin the process of change. I will be working with you from a compassionate and strength’s-based approach.
