I believe that we can only be seen and healed within the context of relationships. My passion is to serve my clients by providing them with the tools and resources needed to live an abundant life and maintain healthy relationships. Marriage, parenting, blended families, adoption, relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, and stress can become challenging. My job as your therapist is to guide and support you on your healing journey towards living an abundant life.
Relationship issues are my specialty. We are healed and wounded in the context of relationships. Healthy relationships are essential to our own well-being. Research shows that of all the factors in human life that predict the best positive outcomes, supportive relationships are number one.
I am trained in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. I am multicultural and solution focused in my approach to therapy. I am a Christian who respects all walks of life and faiths.
