Welcome! As an AuDHD clinician, I strive to create a space where we can show up authentically across neurotypes, ages, genders, and life stages. Together, we’ll work in ways that align with your brain, body, and lived experience so you can feel more understood and experience less pressure to mask in your day-to-day life.

I bring experience from inpatient, residential, ER, substance recovery, and private practice, working with teens and adults across OR, CO, and AK. My approach is warm, collaborative, and whole-person focused—offering a space where you can explore what matters most with greater understanding, curiosity, and self-compassion.

I work with clients experiencing trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, burnout, identity exploration, life transitions, aging, and relationship stress, with the understanding that people are shaped by both personal experiences and the environments they move through. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
