Our minds, bodies and selves grow each day, as do the experiences we encounter along our journey. Some experience grief, trauma, disconnect from themselves and the world, and so much more. As we navigate our journey, there are times we need aid from others to help redirect or give us tools to better cope with the stressors of our negative experiences and daily living. As a therapist, I take pride in aiding the soil that enriches you to grow and mend into the individual you see walking your journey.
My belief in therapy engages exploration of inner emotions and behaviors utilizing a variety of cognitive models to aid in understanding your emotions, physical self and surrounding environment. As we take time to heal what’s within, I also use modalities that reflect ways in understanding the bodies reaction to stress and trauma you’ve experienced.
I believe individual journeys don't need to be navigated alone and can benefit from utilizing therapy. Together, both myself and the client can work in adding tools to enrich their soil and grow in their specific destinations.
