I help individuals navigate trauma, chronic stress, identity shifts, relational patterns, and life transitions by working with the whole person, mind, body, psyche, & spirit. Together, we explore your inner landscape through parts work, nervous system regulation, and archetypal understanding, while integrating creative expression and embodied practices.
My work also includes psychedelic-assisted therapy, where appropriate, to support deeper access to healing, insight, and transformation.
