Let's Connect (929) 416-2139

I am a New York–based multicultural psychotherapist working with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions. Whether you are an artist, a career-changer, a retiree, a recent college graduate or a new parent, I strive to help you sort out the complicated feelings that come with big life changes, identity confusion and relationship challenges.
My areas of focus include working with first and second generation Asian Americans on navigating their clashing cultural identities, couples struggling with communication issues and infertility, artists managing imposter syndrome and rejection, and those struggling to find meaning in their lives and wishing to connect more deeply with others.
I approach each session with genuine curiosity, warmth and humor. If you’re interested in working together, I’d love to hear from you!

Many caregivers don’t realize that anxiety, depression, and grief can all be symptoms of burnout, and it can feel incredibly isolating to navigate those emotions alone. This group will offer a space to breathe, connect, and feel supported by others who truly understand. No arts experience needed!
