Hi there! I am Conchetta, and I'm the type of therapist who believes that healing doesn't always have to be heavy. Therapy with me is about finding clarity, building confidence, and yes, sometimes laughing a little along the way. I specialize in working with both adults and adolescents using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. That means we’ll get curious about the patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, focus on what’s working, and build on your strengths to move forward (not just dig into the past).
The client's first session with me is all about getting comfortable, feeling heard, and setting the tone for how we'll work together. Clients do not need to have all the answers. This is a no-pressure space where we take things one step at a time.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to have it all figured out; I will meet you exactly where you are. I may ask a few questions to better understand your goals and what’s been on your mind, but the space is always yours.
