Tired of feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed? Then you've come to the right place! If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, or any other emotional difficulties related to family, relationships, school, or work stress, please give me a call. I am also a Trust Based Relation Interventions (TBRI) practitioner. My experience ranges from work with foster children, military families, and adults. Additionally, I work with trauma survivors to help heal hurtful wounds. I would love the opportunity to work with you. I am a trauma-informed therapist and work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, and stress related to daily life. I use TF-CBT, CBT, and mindfulness techniques in my practice. Additionally, I also work from a solution-focused framework to help my clients build the confidence they need to develop goals that are attainable.
