Adolescent Depression Group DURING COVID-19, an ONLINE Telehealth GROUP IS AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTS OF MICHIGAN. 9/8/2020- 10/27/2020. For adolescents 13-18 years of age who experience depression. This group is not meant to replace current individual treatment. We meet 8 weeks. The group will provide education regarding the chemistry of depression, symptoms, social support and/or relationships with others, coping strategies, and self-harm behaviors and impacts. The goal is for adolescents to realize they are not alone and benefit from the support of others their age in a safe environment. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Contact us for dates and times.

Online Grief Support For Children
Grief Support Group DURING COVID-19, an ONLINE Telehealth GROUP IS AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTS OF MICHIGAN. We will be offering 8 week grief support group. The group will utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and expressive therapies. The group will be ONLINE. There will be a group for elementary, a group for middle, and a group for high school students who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
