I meet my clients where they are in their life’s journey and I consider myself a “fellow traveler.” I join them it that journey to help them gain insight, to provide perspective, and to collaborate and determine the best course of treatment to regain the direction of their destination.
It is paramount to me to provide a safe space so that clients can share their stories and move towards personal growth. Although strengths-base, cultural sensitivity, and search for meaning are the foundation of my therapeutic approach, I also integrate pluralistic elements, multiple theories and perspectives, to fit the needs of each client.
