My specialty is working with a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques. What you think about affects your emotions, which in turn drives your behavior. Negative thoughts are automatic and resolution of the memories that created them is addressed.
I see adults on an individual basis. I have 40+ years experience in social work and my ability to relate to what my clients have experienced is based upon my own personal journey.
