I am providing individual, family and couples therapy in person and Telehealth for individuals experiencing depression, generalized anxiety, ADHD, anger, adjustment difficulty, low self-esteem, grief & loss, eating disorders, negative body image, borderline personality disorder and stress.

I am proficient in teaching and applying the skills within the DBT and CBT frameworks. I use strength-based perspectives and ACT to help motivate individuals feeling stuck in toxic relationships, thinking styles and emotionality.
