I help my clients effectively reevaluate personal and professional goals. I also work extensively with alcohol/drug dependence and compulsive sexual behaviors, including chronic infidelity. I provide therapy for individuals who are experiencing such challenges, as well as partners and families who have been adversely affected by these issues.
My approach is customized for each client. I have extensive training in substance use (Substance Abuse Professional, SAP) and hypersexual and/or compulsive sexual and relationship behaviors (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, CSAT). My background is psychodynamic, but I draw from many other schools, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and somatic.
