I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have spent my career helping everyday people identify and achieve personal goals by developing effective strategies to navigate feelings of distress, disappointment, anxiety and/ or depression. I offer a broad range of practical approaches to solution-focused therapy and coaching.
