We offer LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, kink-aware, trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and consensually non-monogamous relationships seeking deeper connection and healthier relationships.
Our clinicians offer attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy grounded in Imago Relationship Therapy, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotionally focused therapy, and somatic approaches. We help clients strengthen communication, intimacy, emotional regulation, and more secure, connected relationships.
