I use a non-pathologizing and integrated approach while working collaboratively with my clients to empower them to lean into their values and strengths, develop new skills, and learn how to create a more adaptive narrative about who they are. I use evidence-based modalities that are personalized for each client.
I honor the huge step it takes to initiate seeking counseling. It can feel intimidating and scary. I strive to create a safe environment and pay attention to body cues to ensure we stay within your comfort levels. Therapy can be uncomfortable as layers are revealed, but I do my best to balance that tension therapeutically.
