My ideal client is someone who could answer yes to any of the following questions: Has difficulty accepting other people or their choices? Feel anxious, stressed, empty, or burnt out most of the time? Tends to overcommit themselves and have trouble saying no even when they want to? Loves people SO much, that it's sometimes perceived as controlling or manipulative? To address the pain associated with these issues, I utilize Internal Family Systems (parts work), Attachment Focused-EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Attachment Theory in my practice.
