Groups
High , Middle and Elementary School Groups
I have a 3 groups that are divided into gender/age. Each week is a different discussion such as healthy coping skills, self-regulation skills, peer conflict resolution, anti-anxiety/stress reducing strategies, how to identify depressive symptoms and be a support for each other. Parent materials are also provided to reinforce what is discussed in group. The group's are open, which means anyone can join at any time; however, their is a max number of students in each group and often a waiting list.
