It is my passion to teach self-love, acceptance, relaxation techniques, and empowerment to women, couples, and families. With this in mind, we will uncover root causes of suffering and work towards healing and solutions.

My ideal client is someone who is desiring to actively participate in therapy. Your issues, needs, and goals can be discussed in session, so you have direction during the therapeutic process. You might not know what you want or why, and that is okay. All you have to do is show up & participate. Your sessions are your time to discover the answers to those questions & hopefully piece together information to help your present-day self.

I work with couples who feel disconnected from their partner and want to not only improve their communication but also reestablish their relationship as a secure place to turn to. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma and would benefit from learning how to relax their bodies and change their perceptions, especially in the context of a perceived threat.

We continue to grow in staff and services. Life is full of adventures that affect every experience we encounter. We now have four License Staff, One Master's Level Counselor, One Qualified Mental Health Professionals, a Counselors in Training, a Professional Visitation Supervisor Monitor, and a Life Coach. I enjoy my role, as a counselor, in providing a safe and compassionate place for individuals to feel seen and heard. I enjoy working with individuals that are aware that they need to do something different but aren't sure what the next step is. This could be parents concerned about their child's behavior, needs at school, adolescents and adults going through life transitions, mental health concerns or just needing a safe space to talk and process life. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health needs and also have over 10+ years of experience in the public education system.

I believe in a confidential, non-judgmental, relationship-centered counseling environment where individuals, families, and couples can openly and safely discuss their thoughts and feelings. Each client is treated with respect and supported to gain greater self-understanding and self-awareness. The client is at the center of therapy and determines the direction of therapy. I present different perspectives and ideas and help the client identify and develop their own ways to resolve blocks to personal growth and to improve communication and the relationships in their lives.

I have many years of experience working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families with relationship and parenting issues. As a licensed clinical social worker I provide therapy and partner with individuals and families helping them achieve their determined goals. I specialize in assisting clients who have experienced trauma, grief, addictions, anxiety, depression, crisis pregnancy, infertility, and adoption. From a 'strengths-based perspective', I support clients through a variety of treatment modalities to gain insight into how their thoughts and emotions impact behavior and how the past can affect the present and determine the future.

Hello! To say my life has been interesting is an understatement. If it's unusual or a rare thing it's most likely happened to me or I've helped someone dealing with it. In order to be a well-rounded therapist, I have worked in state agencies, schools, and now for myself. I dedicated five years to fulfill contracts with the military (all over the world) to assist active duty and their families. It's very important to me to make sure your therapy is in tune with your needs. I don't do cookie-cutter therapy. My approach to therapy is customized based on the needs of the individual client(s) and draws upon a broad and diverse base of clinical approaches and well-established techniques while incorporating Holistic Modalities including Nutrition, Exercise, and Mindfulness. I frequently utilize Animal Assisted Therapy, so Don’t Be Surprised to see my two certified therapy dogs present at sessions! I am a Certified Master Trainer, with specialty training in Nutrition, DNA Based Wellness & Weight Management, Exercise Recovery Therapy; Life Span Wellness and Health Transformation Exercise.

At Restore Counseling Center, we work with clients of all ages with a range of concerns including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Family, and related issues. We are also trained to treat OCD with EMDR therapy. Our therapists are able to integrate the Christian faith into the counseling session for those who appreciate that perspective. We offer in-office, telehealth, as well as weekend therapy intensives.

As a therapist I hope to create a space in which clients feel comfortable to explore what is holding them back from living a life that feels fulfilling. I believe that it is possible to live a life of balance in which stress and distress feel like something to cope with rather than something that overwhelms or overshadows the possibilities in life.
