Welcome! At the moment, I am only available for supervision. I work with clinicians who support both individuals and couples across a wide variety of issues, including marriage and relationship counseling, sexuality, trauma, psychedelic integration, anxiety, and depression. I primarily use mindfulness-based approaches rooted in the Hakomi Method with a focus on attachment styles and neurobiology. I offer a free 20-30 minute phone consultation.

We will develop clarity and gain new skills for navigating your life and your relationships.
