For 25 years my passion has been teaching evidence-based, practical skills & using holistic approaches to release the beliefs, behaviors, and fears from anxiety that block us from experiencing greater health & happiness. In sessions I use ACT, CBT, Brainspotting, & Positive Psychology along with EFT, yoga, mindfulness, art therapy, & reiki when appropriate
I approach sessions with a warm, down-to-earth attitude, and value having clients feel supported as we collaborate together to actualize your goals.
